Booking Conditions

Individual Reservations
Individual reservations should be confirmed within 21 days with payment of a deposit of 50% of total stay, or at a discount of 10% should full payment be made within 7 days after reservation confirmation. Reservations are guaranteed on receipt of full payment (bank draft in South African Rands) at least 45 days in advance of arrival. No charge will be levied if the reservation is cancelled 45 days before date of arrival, whereafter full cancellation fees are applicable.

Group Reservations
Provisional reservations for 5 rooms/suites or more will be held by the hotel for a period of 21 days only, whereafter a deposit of 50% of the full accommodation amount is payable to confirm the reservation and full payment is required 60 days in advance to guarantee the reservation. No charge will be levied if the reservation is cancelled 60 days before date of arrival; whereafter full cancellation fees are applicable. Tour Leader/ Driver/ Guide - for 10 to 17 rooms booked, one room will be charged at 50% of rate quoted. For 18 rooms or more, one room will be complimentary.

In general a minimum stay of 2 nights is recommended, but between 23 December and 9 January a minimum stay of 5 nights is required, with a 50% deposit of total length of stay payable within 21 days after making the reservation, or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Guests whose stay includes the 24th and 31st December are obliged to include the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners in their stay and these dinners are pre-payable together with their accommodation.
Guests with disabilities can be accommodated in a specially equipped room near gentle walkways.

Families
The hotel is unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per suite, but in addition, up to 2 children, (up to 15 years of age), can be accommodated on roll-away beds in our Duplex suites at an extra charge of R475 per child per night, including breakfast. We would like to advise that children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the Kraal Pool as we would like to maintain the quiet atmosphere of this area. The Patio Pool at the Manor House is our family pool. Please note that our pools are not enclosed - adult supervision required. Double or twin beds are available; kindly state your preference when making your reservation. We regret no pets allowed.

Rooms/Suites are normally ready for occupation by 15:00.
Guests are kindly requested to vacate their suite/room by 11:00.
