Bosman's Executive Chef joins Michelin Star Chefs at International Gourmet Festival- 14 January 2010

Executive Chef Roland Gorgosilich, has been invited to participate in the fourth edition of the Tribute to Claudia International Gourmet Festival (one of the biggest in Europe) from January 16-24th at the hotel-restaurant Vila Joya in Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal.
The only South African-based chef invited to take part, Roland will join seven other star chefs in the prestigious gastronomic event where the kitchen of the resident Chef Dieter Koschina will host some of the most resounding names in world gastronomy, all of whom have been distinguished with stars in the Michelin Guide.
